I'm a wife, a mother, a friend, a kidney donor recipient, a home-pre-school teacher, a blogger, an intermediate pianist, a young woman's president, and a choc-o-holic.
I hate eating left overs, I'm stubborn when I'm sick, and I don't like doing laundry. But for the most part you will find that I am quirky and down to earth.
I am married to the most wonderful man! I met him when I was 4 years old, and he was 5. We grew up as very close friends and neighbors. We had frequent sleepovers, went toilet papering, and swam in the river in the summers. But it wasn't until I was 21, and he was 22 that we started dating. We have been together ever since and I LOVE THAT MAN! :)
We have two beautiful little girls. They were born 8 months apart, and I get a lot of strange looks from people when I tell them that. Our oldest daughter was born 2 months early. Two months after she was born, (when she was gestationally a newborn) I got pregnant again. Then our second baby was born 3 months early, making them 8 months apart. It was a little bit rocky there at the beginning, especially having a baby in the NICU for months on end, and a baby at home, and having to choose which one to be with. But now that we are home and out of the woods, we are loving life and wouldn't change a thing! They are happy, funny, and amazing little girls!We are a happy family, and hoping to keep growing our little family through adoption. We feel very blessed to have each other, and we make the most of every day!
